Privacy notice

DRAFT. This describes what the product does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and lacks the legal basis, retention periods and controller details a real notice needs.

What we hold

Customers: email address, company name, the NetSuite account id you licence, and the subscription status from our payment provider. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
Computers: for each activation a hashed machine id, the computer name, app version and operating system, and when it last checked in.
Usage reporting (off unless you turn it on): a random install id, app version, operating system, and counts of pulls and errors.

What we never receive

Your NetSuite data, NetSuite credentials, table or column names, file contents, or database contents. Pulled data goes only to the destination you chose.

Your choices

You can turn usage reporting off at any time in the app, and remove a computer from your subscription in My account.
