Questions

Does TreneyBridge change anything in NetSuite?

No. It only reads, and it runs SELECT queries only.

Where is my data stored?

In the destination you choose (your database, files, cloud storage or data warehouse). TreneyBridge's own settings live in an encrypted database on your computer. Nothing is sent to us except what the licence check needs (see the privacy notice).

Does it work offline?

Pulls need a connection to NetSuite. The licence is checked online about every six hours and keeps working for 14 days if it cannot reach the licence service.

What happens if I stop paying?

You get a short grace period after a failed payment, and after you cancel the licence runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that new pulls stop. You can still browse and export the data you already pulled.

How many computers can I use?

Up to 3 per NetSuite account. You can remove a computer yourself in My account to free a place.

Can I use it with a sandbox?

A sandbox is a separate NetSuite account, so it has its own subscription. Its id must start with your production account id (for example 1234567_SB1), you need an active production subscription first, and only one sandbox per production account is allowed. A sandbox stops working if its production subscription stops.

Do you track how I use it?

Usage reporting is off by default. If you turn it on it sends only an install id, app version, operating system and counts. It never sends NetSuite data, table names, credentials or file contents.
