Terms of service

DRAFT. These terms are a placeholder and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Do not publish the site until they are replaced.

The final terms need to cover at least the following, decided with legal advice:

  • Who sells TreneyBridge (company name, address, registration, VAT number).
  • The subscription: one NetSuite account, up to 3 computers, renewal, cancellation, payment failure, refunds.
  • Sandbox rules: separate subscription, id starts with the production id, one sandbox per production account.
  • Your NetSuite and SuiteAnalytics Connect licence is your own responsibility; TreneyBridge does not include the NetSuite driver.
  • Acceptable use, no resale, no sharing a key across NetSuite accounts.
  • Availability, warranty and liability limits; governing law.
